We ship via EMS for international orders. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes.
How to track your order
You will receive an e-mail for an order confirmation when your order has been received, and also shipping confirmation will be sent when your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You can track it at here.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please keep in mind that shipments may be subject to the importing country’s policy on import duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these costs. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact with your local customs office before ordering from p-sling.com.

A closed lock appeared in the lower right hand corner of a screen means that you are in a secure area. Your entire checkout process will be in this secure area.
HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
You may cancel an item from your order, provided that it has not yet entered the shipping process. If you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately contact us at info@p-sling.com. Please understand that if your order has already been processed, it may be too late to change and cancel order.
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal (Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards). We does not accept checks, cash or money orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you will love our P-sling. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with a sling you ordered from p-sling.com or need to exchange for a different color, please contact us at info@p-sling.com before you send the sling back to us.
- A return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We cannot refund or exchange slings after this two week window.
- Slings must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and be in new condition. We cannot accept any slings that are in any way damaged or altered from their original condition. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.PLEASE NOTE:Custom orders cannot be returned.
- You must have the original receipt or a gift receipt. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without either the original or a gift receipt.
- All tags must be attached. We cannot accept any slings without these.
- We do not refund shipping charges.
- We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us.
- We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, pslingnewyork.com has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.
- Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take 7 business days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from pslingnewyork.com.
- When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
How to return & Exchange
Contact us at customerservice@pslingnewyork.com. Complete the merchandise return/exchange form (included with your shipment) and enclose with your return/exchange. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, in the original package if possible and send pre-paid and insured to the following address.
